One of the simplest, most effective ways (price-wise as well) to prolong the life of your car and specifically the one of its engine, is to change the oil and the oil filters regularly! Oil serves for car functioning just the same way as the blood does for humans. It gets rid of friction, lessens weariness, provides lubrication, forms a seal between the pistons, rings and cylinder walls. Simultaneously it keeps the engine parts cool. If you do not change your engine’s oil regularly, then the carbon and varnish buildup become toxic for your engine. And engine oil even absorbs the shock and noise of auto’s moving parts.
